٤٥ سنة هي عمر المشاركات العمانية الخارجية على إطار المنتخبات، منذ الدورة العربية عام ١٩٦٦ و التي تلقينا فيها هزائم بالعشرينات... في ظروف سياسية سابقة لا يعلمها إلا من عرف تاريخ هذا البلد الكبير الواقع في البوابة الشرقية للوطن العربي...
٤٥ سنة و لم نحقق أي بطولة رسمية معترف بها من الفيفا إلا المركز الرابع في مونديال ١٩٩٥ للناشئين بالإكوادور، و من قبلها و من بعدها لم نعرف إلا البطولات الودية!!! و بعدها هناك من يأتينا للتغني على أطلال (( إنجازات )) المنتخب المجيدة في بطولات كأس الخليج الفريدة!!!!

العجب العجاب، أن يطالب البعض بإقصاء المدرب و اللاعبين و الاتحاد و الجمهور و الإعلام و المنتديات، و السبب (( معارك شخصية ))، تدل على أن مصيبتنا في أننا لا نعرف ما هي وجهتنا!!! فهل نريد الصعود لكأس العالم بفريق من (( عهد الديناصورات ))، في زمن تغيرت فيه الأساليب و المخططات و معدلات أعمار اللاعبين؟؟ نعم يا سادة.... فنحن نعاني من تبعات عدم تجديد الدماء طوال أكثر من عشر سنوات إلا بمعدل ضعيف و بصفقات (( محاباة تحت الطاولة )) لأجل عيون فلان و علان، و الهدف معروف و السبب مفهوم... فالسماسرة هم من يمسكون زمام الأمور في كرة القدم العمانية... و ما زالت العلة موجودة بوجود هؤلاء الديناصورات ........

مباراة الأمس كشفت أن المدرب كان مصيبا في قراراته و بشكل كبير - مع بعض الأخطاء - فزمن تدليل (( عوير و زوير )) يجب أن ينتهي، و عبد العزيز المقبالي و حمود السعدي و المسلمي و العويسي و القائمة الطويلة من الصغار يجب أن تأخذ مكانها و تحتك لتصنع جيلا جديدا، خصوصا تلك التماثي التي كانت جامدة في الدفاع أمس، و لم تدخل التشكيلة إلا بسبب (( واسطة فلان ))، و كانت مباراة سيدني بمثابة سقوط (( نظرية مدافعي الغفلة ))، و أسطورة (( المحترفين الوهمية ))، و التي اتضح لنا أنها كانت (( تخدير مؤقت )) لنزيف حاد أصاب الكرة - الميتة أصلا - في مقتل... لكن لا زلت مؤمن بالأمل!!!

نعم عندي الأمل ما زال باقيا... و أطالب بمنح الوقت للمدرب... كما منحته إدارة ليون الفرصة رغم بدايته المتعثرة هناك... حيث حقق ثلاث انتصارات في أول تسع مباريات... ليفوز في النهاية بالدوري!!! و رغم ذلك فما زلنا نتجاهل أن الأمر يحتاج إلى تغيير العقلية الرياضية العمانية بأكملها... كما تغيرت العقلية اليابانية من الثمانينيات في القرن الماضي، لتصبح الأقوى حاليا، و لتخطط للفوز بمونديال ٢٠٥٠!!! و عندنا إن لم تتأهل للدور التالي من تصفيات كأس الخليج فهذا سبب كافي لغربلة الجهاز الفني و استقالة مجلس الإدارة، و ربما يطول الأمر إلى المطالبة بإسقاط الوزير!!!!!

من سنة ١٩٥٤ لعام ٢٠٠٤ درب المنتخب الألماني ١٢ مدرب فقط، أي خلال ٦٠ سنة بمعدل ٥ سنوات لكل مدرب، حقق فيها المنتخب الألماني ٣ كؤوس عالم و ٣ كؤوس أمم أوربا و ميدالية ذهبية أولمبية واحدة و ما زال المانشافت هو أكثر المنتخبات لعبا في نهائيات كأس العالم و صاحب المركز الثاني فيها ٤ مرات و المركز الثالث أيضا ثلاث مرات !!!!
يعني أن هناك الاستقرار الفني و الإداري المطلوب للاستمرار في العطاء المتواصل و الإنجازات، و نحن من ١٩٧٤ و لليوم احسبوا كم مدرب مر علينا، و يكفيكم أننا في عام واحد استبدلنا ٣ مدربين !!!! و ما زال البعض يريد أن يستمر في الفوز و هو لا يعرف أن للفوز و الانتصار عوامل يجب العمل بها و أسباب يجب الأخذ بها.....

إن لم نصعد فهذا يعني أن الخلل ليس من المدرب، بل الخلل يكمن في التخطيط البعيد المدى و الذي غاب عن الأذهان العمانية ليس فقط في الرياضة، و لكن في شتى نواحي الحياة.....

وَإَنَّ سَفَاهَ الشَّـيْخِ لا حِلْمَ بَعْـدَهُ وَإِنَّ الفَتَـى بَعْدَ السَّفَاهَةِ يَحْلُـمِ
سَألْنَـا فَأَعْطَيْتُـمْ وَعُداً فَعُدْتُـمُ وَمَنْ أَكْـثَرَ التّسْآلَ يَوْماً سَيُحْـرَمِ

تذكرت وحدتي في مثل هذا اليوم كل عام
و تذكرت أني افتقد العديد من ملذات العمر كلما تقدم بي السن
و قد اشتعل الرأس شيبا

عندما تخسر لا تحزن ذكر ذاكرتك بأنك قد ربحت أشياء،وعندما تتجدد فكرة الخسارة في ذاكرتك، ذكرها بعمق أكبر و بإستفاضة أعظم بأنك قد ربحت أشياء وهنا فسر لها وقل: يا ذاكرتي لقد ربحنا أشياء شخصية وجماعية، دنيوية وأخروية، معنوية ومادية، وغيرها الكثير...فقط كل ما عليك هو أن لا تنسى لبرهة من تذكير ذاكرتك بما فعلته سابقا، وبما تفعله حاليا، وما ستفعله لاحقا من منجزات وإنجازات.

لا تحزن حين تخطئ؛ فباب الغفران يفتح دائما للتائب توبة نصوحة لا رياء فيها. نفسك هذه أمارة بالسوء فلا تحزن حين تسيء أنت لأحد، أو أحد ما يسيء إليك فقط استغفر واحمد الله في كل وقت. توكل على الله مع أخذك بالأسباب. ارجع إلى ربك في سرائك لا بضرائك فحسب.

عندما تقهرك الغربة، ويبدأ الشوق ينهش فؤادك، وعندما تنهمر على خدك الدموع الرقراقة لتجسد لك ساعة الفراق الناحرة. وعندما يتولد لديك شعور بالحنين...لا تقلق فمردك للمكان الذي أتيت منه. وكن على يقين بأنك ملك في الصبر، لا تجزع أبدا لأنك محظوظ، أتيت من طينة الشامخين. أتيت من ثرى وطن تحته أئمة وفقهاء، عظماء ونبلاء، نبغاء وعقلاء...ولا يكتمل العدد إلا بك.

افخر بهويتك، فغيرك يتمناها ولا يجدها. عندما تعود للوطن ستكحل عينيك بزرقة سماءه، وتلبس أكاليل المجد والسؤدد، وتعطر بأرقى عطور العلياء. عندما تعود دع قلبك يتدحرج على تراب الوطن، ودع نسمات هواء الوطن تلامس خلايا جلدك التي تنتظر هذه اللحظة من ما يقارب العقود الطويلة.

اقتربت أكثر من العودة للوطن فلا تحزن، أي أنه مر الكثير وتبقى القليل. فقط عليك بالصبر ثم الصبر وبعده الصبر أيضا. عندما تعود وتصل دع باصرتك تختال بجانب النخلة الباسقة نصرا. وأخيرا حلق مع سرب الصقور لأنك أصبحت صقرا عرف وفقه في كيف ينقض على فريسته وهي شهادة الكفاح والبسالة التي أمسكتها بيمينك لتهديها لوطنك من غير أن تعلم يسارك ماذا فعلت.

تذكرت في لحظة ما حدث لعيسى الحسني من مهزلة، و ربطت ما لقيه زميلي ( نصر البوسعيدي ) من تجربة مماثلة.
يبدو أن مسؤولي الرياضة عندنا يحبون الأرقام التي تحت المائة عند العطاء، و فوق الألف عند الأخذ....
